The "Gay Solution" Focus on the Family/Hate Group Style

The Nazi regime had its "Final Solution" for those of Jewish descent and certainly Pastor Worley referenced in the last post certainly has his own equally horrible and deadly "solution" for the "gay problem."  What's frightening, however, is that Worley is hardly alone in his hatred and animus towards gays.  Jeremy Hooper at Good As You reports as follows:

Call me alarmist if you must, but when a speaker at a world conference with backing from American powerhouses like Focus on the Family and the Alliance Defense Fund hosts a plenary session with a threatening title like "Solutions to Homosexual Behavior," I get a tad uneasy:

It's not just Focus on the Family or ADF, either. Representatives from Family Research Council, Concerned Women For America, and a host of other "pro-family" groups will be on hand to watch the highly repudiated Richard Cohen try to "solve" a problem like Maria as they see it.

Yes, that's right.  The American based hate groups are working hard to continue to export anti-gay bigotry and extremism overseas.   Meanwhile, curing the sick, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and giving shelter to the homeless don't even make it onto the Christianists' radar screen.  It's a reason why I no longer want to be called a Christian.  These foul groups are irreparably destroying the Christian brand.
